Welcome to the Ontario Mentorship Collaborative for Early Years Professionals’ first symposium on mentorship for our workforce. Whether you are attending in-person or virtually, our goal is to provide to all early years professionals and interested parties across Ontario new information or information that affirms your professional values and beliefs around mentorship practices in our profession. 

This hybrid symposium offers early years professionals and leaders from across the province the opportunity to come together to hear about and discuss:

Through knowledge sharing and conversations, the intention is to explore how mentorship is essential in supporting professionals at every stage of their careers, fostering growth, enhancing quality, facilitating the successful induction of new educators, and improving retention of staff.
