As part of our efforts to honour Black History Month, we invite you to join us for a panel discussion at our on cultivating a robust pipeline of Black legal talent on Monday, February 26th from 12:00 pm – 1:00 pm E.T., followed by a 15-minute Q&A.
This event is held in association with the Fasken Black Collective.
Featuring expert panel members:

- Chelsi Bonair, Associate Corporate Counsel, Google Canada

The discussion will include:
- Practical insights and strategies to actively build a pipeline of Black legal talent
- Examination of the pivotal stages and opportunities to support greater inclusion of Black students and professionals during the legal lifecycle
- The significant impact of implementing support networks, specifically mentorship and sponsorship programs, on the career development path for Black Lawyers
- Actionable steps towards building a more representative and equitable future for the legal profession
