Event Details

March 8 is International Women’s Day.  As part of our efforts to celebrate and honour this day we are hosting a panel discussion on Thursday March 7th, 12:30 – 1:30 pm ET with our partner Women’s General Counsel of Canada.

This year’s International Women’s Day theme is “Inspire Inclusion”.  The panel will discuss the recent push-back on equity, diversity and inclusion and how now is not the time to step back but rather double down on EDI efforts.  As organizations navigate growing social issues/tension, the exponential growth of AI and technology, and increasing stakeholder expectations (investors, talent, and customers), understanding how EDI can help support healthy cultures, reduce risk, and enhance performance will be critical to sustainable organizational growth.  The panel will share practical insights on how organizations can approach their business with an inclusion mindset to be better prepared to navigate in our ever-changing environment.

Join us for this insightful discussion on how equity, diversity and inclusion and an inclusive mindset can help organizations forge a more sustainable future.
