We are pleased to invite you to attend this year’s Municipal Infrastructure Program. 

We are attaching a copy of the Agenda that shows the five sessions that comprise our Program and the speakers for each session. The first session is entitled “Trends in Construction Contracts in Municipal Infrastructure Projects”. The second session is entitled “Governance Issues for Municipal Services Corporations and Other Municipal Corporations”. The third session is entitled “Easements and Licenses in Municipal Infrastructure Projects”. The fourth session is entitled “Leases by Municipalities in Infrastructure Projects”. The fifth and final session is entitled “Prudent Investment and the Municipal Act – An Opportunity for Financing Municipal Infrastructure.”

There is no cost for attending the Program. The Program will have CPD Accreditation with the Law Society of Ontario and lawyers attending the Program may claim 3.5 Substantive hours in the Law Society Portal.
